When you read both feedback of client and contractor, you'll see that the work was finished successfully without any trouble and there was almost everything good. But then also, the client gave a low feedback just because he doesn't want to reward his team fellow member. I think this is a Superior type approach, rather than a TEAM LEADER approach. And I neglect these types of clients generally. They will often try to keep you in mental pressure and take benefit of your work without proper value.
5. Charges he pays to contractors:
This is another important point I consider. When you try to submit an application for a new job, and see the client's former records, you'll see how much he pays to contractors. Many clients are there who pays $50 for a $500 job. I will tell you to stay away from them.
Finally, there is always an exclusion. There are clients who are excellent but had some negative goes through with some bad contractors. You'll recognize that from their remarks in the feedback. I think they will regard you more than the newbies, since they know the suffering of the bad contractors. So, if you are a beneficial contractor, they'll do everything to ensure you are satisfied with them.
